Great friendly staff, very helpful, did not pressure you , Kenyetta was very nice.
Losing my husband has been the most heartbreaking experience of my life, and during such a painful time, the staff at Hermitage Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens were truly a blessing to our family. From the moment we walked through their doors, Brad, Emily, and John treated us with compassion, patience, and respect. Brad guided us through every decision with such genuine kindness, never rushing us, and always making sure we understood each step. Emily was incredibly gentle and supportive, and her attention to detail ensured that everything honored my husband exactly the way he deserved. John was comforting and steady, helping us feel cared for even in the hardest moments. They didnt just provide a servicethey held our hands through one of the most difficult experiences a family can face. Their professionalism, empathy, and warmth made all the difference, and we are forever grateful. I would wholeheartedly recommend Hermitage Funeral Home to any family needing support during a loss.

My spectacular wife passed recently and I was recommend to Cremate Simply by her wonderful hospice nurse, Olivia Have to say, given the absolutely most challenging moment of my life&CS made the situation as stressful free as could possibly be, in particular Mr. Scott Keen! Mr, Keen is who I interacted with from the very beginning to the end when I went to their facility to collect Skyes ashes. Scott took great care of EVERY detail, answered any all questions I had&I called him MULTIPLE times in my disarray over the weeks and he was always compassionate, sincere and on point to answer any and all of my questions and concerns; he was/is truly there for me. 10 stars
I want to thank CremateSimply in Memphis TN for the sympathy and empathy I felt from them. I know that my loved one was cremated with grace and dignity. Scott is a wonderful and kind soul. I highly recommend CremateSimply because of their professionalism and caring.
Everyone I spoke with was absolutely amazing. But I have to really brag on Meegan. The day I picked my dad's ashes up and his veterans flag Meegan stayed late because my work truck had broke down. I felt awful but she reassured me that it was ok, and that she wasn't upset at all. She was very sweet about the whole situation and I'm grateful for that. Very please with everyone there.
