We lost my mother in law unexpectedly to colon cancer and were not prepared for everything we were going to need to do to plan a funeral. Damon and Katlyn made everything super easy for us and took everything that would normally be stressful when it comes to planning a funeral off our plates and went above and beyond to help alleviate as much stress as they could for us. They walked us through what to do step by step and basically did it for us once they knew what we were needing. They even put Thank You cards in our bag as we left to send to our loved ones that sent flowers. Its the little things that they did to help us not have to think of every little thing we needed to do that made the biggest difference. I would highly recommend this funeral home to everyone! Great staff, amazing experience, and very caring throughout the entire process.
I just wanted to thank, on behalf of myself and my family, the incredibly caring, compassionate and professional staff of Anderson Funeral Home, specifically Damon and Katelyn. I had received the news on October 14 at 3:00am MDT that I needed to come home to Gallatin as soon as possible. I had at least two planes to catch to get there. Needless to say, by the time I got there, I was emotionally and physically drained. However, the staff literally embraced me and told me everything was going to be ok. Damon and Katelyn turned a time of mourning into a time of happiness for us. We laughed, cried, shared pictures, and I know that the presence of my late father was in the room. As we were planning what to put on his program, the words of his favorite singer, Jimmy Buffett, popped onto an internet search when Damon entered the phrase" jimmy buffet songs" on Google. It was then that we knew everything was going to be ok. Damon answered and re-answered our questions over and over again. He
I attended a recent funeral here from out of town. Ms. Anderson was incredibly nice and put us at ease. Also learned of the terrible tragedy her family faced in a train wreck I think in 1949. The pictures and story of that event fascinated me. Very professional and understanding people.

Our family deeply appreciates the most supportive and professional assistance of the Alexander staff. From our first contact everyone was supportive, helpful and thoughtful. Thank you.
In 2025 my family experienced 3 deaths, staggered across the year. It was an extraordinarily difficult chapter in our lives. Each time we were serendipitously paired with Jason Quesenberry to care for us. Jason and his support staff with Alexander Funeral Home made our family's journey peaceful and easy to navigate. We are grateful. His death care skills and knowledge, his attention to detail, his calm and considerate demeanor make him the ideal individual you would want to work with when you are in a state of shock or emotional distress, or even if you want to pre-plan for end of life events. Few people in this world are truly skilled at anticipating others needs and following through with that care service. Jason is one of those rare intuitive gems. I was concerned there would be so much preparation left on me and in such a short turn around I would accidentally let something fall through the cracks. Jason was the stronghold keeping that from happening by lifting the burden off of
Our family cannot speak highly enough of Alexander Funeral Home & Cremation Center and their exceptional team during one of the most difficult times in our lives. From the initial arrangements through the visitation, church service, and graveside burial with military honors, every detail was handled with profound care, compassion, respect, and reverence. The staff was remarkably attentive and thorough, anticipating our needs at every step and guiding us gently through the entire process. They were always available to answer questions, offer comfort, and ensure everything honored our loved ones life and our familys wishes. We are especially grateful to Rhonda, Terry, Jason, and Chris for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine support throughout. Their thoughtful presence made all the difference. The visitation felt warm and welcoming, the church service was seamless and deeply meaningful, and the military honors at the burial were carried out with the utmost dignity and preci

When my niece passed away i decided to check on mine and my husbands arrangements that we had in place. Barbara Bowers was a tremendous help to us. She explained what we had and what we needed to work on. You can never be fully prepared but she has us going in the right direction. She has helped my whole family on their arrangements too. She is compassionate and listens to you concerns. Outstanding service by her and during my nieces service an outstanding job by everyone.
