They responded quickly to my mother pressing away and were both kind and respectful when picking her up. Later on when I came in person I had brought my godfather and a good friend of mine who insisted in accompanying me as theyd had poor experiences with funeral homes in their dealings. This wasnt the case at all with Sunnyside funeral, Ben was exceptionally kind and respectful throughout everything. Wonderful and kind individuals to deal with in this hard time and I appreciate how they conduct themselves.

Ben helped me with my Mum's Celebration of Life. He is a kind, compassionate professional. I so appreciated his assistance with the seating, video, streaming and catering. Ben went above and beyond to make it all as easy as possible. I highly recommend Ben and Sunnyside Funeral to help you too. The facility is set up well for a service, plus my Mum, Dad, Sister and Brother-In-Law have memorial markers in their rose garden. I would recommend the facility improve their Audio Visual set up. The video we played during the Celebration was difficult for some guests to see and some hard of hearing guests couldn't hear it.

I established my plan with the Neptune Society a few years ago. Now we have a plan for my husband also. Robert Tew is our representative and was able to answer every question and make the process quick and easy. Both of us are comfortable knowing that our family won't have the burden of making decisions and arrangements in a difficult time. It's all taken care of the way we want it. Thanks, Robert, and the Neptune Society.
