I highly recommend Twin Creek to anyone needing services. Alec is very informative, very communicative, and super nice! I called them on Tuesday, 6/25, in the morning. I left a voicemail and was given a call back within an hour by Alec and filled him in on everything. He met with us same day and went over all the basics we needed to know. Our dad was put on hospice that day and passed away the next day, early AM hours. Alec called the hospice house back very soon after the nurse tried, and he also contacted me back quickly and was at the hospice house in about an hour. He's been amazing through this difficult process our family has gone through. He's kept in contact on when everything will arrive and all. He definitely help ease the worry on this whole process. Thank you Alec and Twin Creek!
