After a negative experience with one of the other cremation services, our family decided to stop by CremateSimplys office to discuss their options. CremateSimply offered exactly what we were looking for, at a fraction of the price other crematoriums would charge. Sahara was wonderful to work with. She was incredibly helpful, patient and empathetic throughout the entire process. She set clear expectations with us for the timeline, explaining that we might run into delays if the doctors at Lovelace didnt get paperwork signed right away. Sahara called Lovelace every day to try to get the doctors to sign off on the cause of death, and called us every day for status updates. As soon as we got the paperwork from Lovelace, Sahara got the ball rolling. We had Moms ashes and death certificates in hand less than 48 hours after Lovelace submitted their piece. Highly recommend this location. My brother and I were in search of a funeral home and cremation site for our father in December 2022 and right before Christmas, when not many places were around. Sahara was very attentive and returned our call right away. She made every effort to get us in right away, as we were from out of town and only had three days to make arrangements before heading back home to NY for the holiday. Sahara got us in the next day and spent time explaining how the process would go and did all the paperwork. From that point forward Sahara stayed in contact every step of the way and made sure to keep us informed of the status of everything. They were very quick to do the cremation for us, as well as provide me the proper paperwork to transport the cremains. The place is a bit hidden in the back of the cemetery and you could easily miss this little gem. Our son passed away beginning of November. He was a larger size gentleman. But he was my baby. Lacey was kind and professional yet very caring. We asked for a private viewing before cremation and the prepared him so we could view him. The place is old but they did their best to make us comfortable . We certainly appreciate every one we dealt with and it was affordable. Thank you.

Losing my Father has been the most painful experience in my life. Despite having multiple close calls, nothing prepared me for the vast void left by his loss. This is very long - My experience with Direct Funeral and Cremation Services was AMAZING!!! My husband and I have lived for over 20 years in Abq. I am the only family member we have in Abq. My friends and family have all been comfortable and prospering in Rhode Island for over 50 years! His family had not made any effort to visit - their only contact was to criticize how we lived - they had not made an effort to visit in over 20 years. Except to criticize anything we (I) said or did. His passing was sort of unexpected (he was in hospice care at Princeton Place - excellent! excellent! care!) we knew he was declining...but we thought he'd last "till after Christmas". What is "Adult Failure to Thrive" anyway? His final decline was very quick - I had left the facility to have dinner with a friend about 6:00 and didn't have my phone w/me. Losing a loved one is never easy but Direct Funeral and Cremation Services made it easier. They came highly recommended by the nurses at hospice and I see why. The prices were affordable and and there was no pressure or games. I worked with Robert and he made the process go smoothly from start to finish. Richard and Ed came to pick my husband up from hospice. They were very patient and sweet. They left a very good first impression.

I just wanted to take the time to thank Christina the director who even though we didnt have an appointment and no idea what we were doing she helped us with care and compassion. We needed some help with my fianc� parents who had passed sometime ago. Most people turned us away but she took us in and explained everything we needed and even helped us at no cost to her. My son died unexpectedly, I found Alameda Mortuary online. My inital contact was with James, the Director made me feel safe and that he would be able to handle everything as I was out of state. James created trust in me immediately, that is an amazing quality! I could not have asked for a better experience in such a bad time.

James and Jennifer were very helpful and sympathetic to me and my family's needs during an extremely difficult time.

I cant say enough about the staff here, my mother passed while traveling and we were stuck to get things taken care of. One place we called wouldn't even meet with us for 3 days....Reflections met us within an hour and took care of everything and we were able to pick up our mother before the other place would have even talked with us. Outstanding customer service, I hope you dont need it but if you do.....use Reflections.

After the passing of my husband I contacted Salazar Reflections. The staff treated me with kindness as I made final arrangements. The professionalism they showed was above & beyond. I recommend them highly.

My family and I were treated with the utmost compassion and care at Best Friends when my pup tragically and suddenly passed. I came into town late and needed to make arrangements overnight- I was able to call and leave a message and they got back to me first thing in the morning and I was able to bring my pup in. We were recently traveling from out of state over Christmas when our beloved old dog who was traveling with us unexpectedly passed away. We were frantic to find a local service, and Best Friends looked like the best fit. As a veterinarian myself, I was blown away by the compassionate care and professionalism my husband and I received from Aubrey. We used Cremation Society of New Mexico for my fathers direct cremation, which was exactly what he wanted. From pickup to receiving his ashes, everything was smooth, professional, and handled with great respect. Their pricing was clearly listed online, and most arrangements could be completed and paid for online. Everyone we spoke with was compassionate and respectful. CSNM is affiliated with Sunset Memorial Park and is not part of a large corporate funeral chain, which was important to me. They also offered a cenotaph in the Rose Garden at Sunset Memorial Gardens at no additional cost as part of the cremation service, which was a thoughtful and meaningful touch for our family.

Excellent experience. The staff there took care of everything for us quickly and efficiently showing great compassion throughout. They were always there for us and went above and beyond to deal with some other outside issues we had being from out of town. They made a painful and confusing time for us so much easier!

Two of their representatives, Kilee and JP, were kind, sympathetic and helpful during a heartbreaking time recently after the loss of my almost 19 year old cat, Jasper. Everyone we worked with at Neptune was incredibly helpful and understanding. They did a wonderful job and took a lot of pressure off the family during a difficult time.

Every aspect of my family's experience at a very difficult time was taken care of thoughtfully and with care by the Neptune Society representatives.

The process was very clear from the start when we discussed and signed our agreements. We were never pressured to pay for additional services beyond what we wanted. Our questions were clearly answered. The service provided after our loved one's death were timely and those who came for the body were wonderfully kind and respectful. The procedures were carried out as promised and extra care and sensitivity was given for the family's grief. Our family was satisfied in every way.

Thankful for Trujillo family funeral home. They made a hard time easier

On January 20, our lives were forever changed. Our loved one passed away in Albuquerque New Mexico. You see we are from Denver Colorado. We had a family member from Albuquerque recommend Trujillo Family Funeral home as they had used there services before. I called them and I spoke with Pricilla then Susan who exceeded every expectation I had. She was kind understanding and probably explained everything to me 10 X.. I called multiple times a day and not once did she ever get tired of me calling.. Trujillo was able to expedite my brothers cremation and have a viewing that was nothing but exceptional. My brother looked as if he was sleeping on my mothers couch! I cant thank Susan and the entire staff for being so kind and understanding. We also purchased some local art that they sold at the funeral home! Though this was a devastating loss, Susan and the entire funeral home made this process possible!
