As anyone knows, it is difficult to communicate during a grieving time. I worked with Deanna Gonzales from the start and she was compassionate and gentle throughtout the process. She made an unbearable time more manageable. We thank you.

I can't thank Danny in the Santa Fe office enough for his care, compassion and excellent customer service. My dad died in California and wanted to be buried in the National Cemetery in Santa Fe. Danny coordinated with the funeral home in CA and the National Cemetery so that I didn't have to. He answered all of my many questions so patiently and calmed my nerves. The funeral service was just perfect. It is such a confusing, emotional time for a family--my dad (and I) could not have been better cared for than by Danny. I highly recommend Danny and Riverside.

My family received unparalleled service and extreme understanding from Riverside. The level of service and the level of empathy, was well beyond our expectations and helped us through a difficult time and reduced the stress of our situation. Berardinelli took care of both of our parents, almost two decades apart, and both times they were wonderful to work with. At a time of grief it was a relief to be able to turn to assistance from a business who has earned your trust and who continues to be worthy of it. Most recently we worked with Jeff whose kind professionalism was invaluable in helping us make difficult decisions on an extremely narrow timeline. He explained processes clearly to us so that we were able to arrive at appointments prepared with all of the required information and paperwork. Jeff was very accommodating and able to make rapid adjustments around our changing situation. He understood our needs and did everything he could to assist us. He was generous with his time, accessible, and never made us feel rushed. Jeff worked minor miracles in expediting paperwork and working around our schedule so that those who wanted to say goodbye to our father could do so. All the staff are very nice and kind. I lost my mother and it was pretty traumatizing and the were the ones who organized, supervised all the process and they kept me updated of all the process. They also provided assistance with the forms I needed to transport my mom to the place she was born. Thank you

Our sweet Coconut passed in the night while we were in Santa Fe on a cross country road trip. They were very kind when we brought him to them for his final resting place. Coconut was the bestest boy and we were lucky to have him his last 17 months of his 19.7 yr life�

I absolutely loved having these as a physical memory of both my Mom and my Dad, who passed in 2022. For decades our family would spend a week together in a big house on the lake. One of the activities we would do every year was to gather river rocks and paint them. Yes, I flew home with rocks in my suitcase! And I still have everyone that we painted. Now, Mom and Dad have a forever home with my beautiful rock garden. They are a continuous reminder of the wonderful times that my children (now adults) and I have of these two special people in our lives.

It worked very well. But, the camera was too far away. The camera could have been closer to the presenters and the slide show could have been closer to the camera so we could have seen that. But, over all it was very good. Thank you

I have found such solace here. What a wonderful group of loving and supportive people! I feel so blessed to have found them. They worked closely with me to create a Memorial for my husband that he would be happy with. We played his music and lots of photos! friends had a chance to talk and share, and reminisce. I absolutely cannot recommend this wonderful family business enough.Everyone commented on how wonderful it all was. God bless them each and everyone.
