This is very long - My experience with Direct Funeral and Cremation Services was AMAZING!!! My husband and I have lived for over 20 years in Abq. I am the only family member we have in Abq. My friends and family have all been comfortable and prospering in Rhode Island for over 50 years! His family had not made any effort to visit - their only contact was to criticize how we lived - they had not made an effort to visit in over 20 years. Except to criticize anything we (I) said or did. His passing was sort of unexpected (he was in hospice care at Princeton Place - excellent! excellent! care!) we knew he was declining...but we thought he'd last "till after Christmas". What is "Adult Failure to Thrive" anyway? His final decline was very quick - I had left the facility to have dinner with a friend about 6:00 and didn't have my phone w/me. The prices were affordable and and there was no pressure or games. I worked with Robert and he made the process go smoothly from start to finish. Richard and Ed came to pick my husband up from hospice. They were very patient and sweet. They left a very good first impression.
