My family and I were treated with the utmost compassion and care at Best Friends when my pup tragically and suddenly passed. I came into town late and needed to make arrangements overnight- I was able to call and leave a message and they got back to me first thing in the morning and I was able to bring my pup in. Aubrey greeted us and was so kind, gentle, and truly compassionate- she went above and beyond in ensuring everything was in order and more for my pup - including the beautiful memorabilia. I appreciate being allowed time in a private room, without being rushed, to say our final goodbyes. I was incredibly touched by the balance between professionalism and compassionate service given at Best Friends. We were recently traveling from out of state over Christmas when our beloved old dog who was traveling with us unexpectedly passed away.
