After a negative experience with one of the other cremation services, our family decided to stop by CremateSimplys office to discuss their options. She was incredibly helpful, patient and empathetic throughout the entire process. She set clear expectations with us for the timeline, explaining that we might run into delays if the doctors at Lovelace didnt get paperwork signed right away. Sahara called Lovelace every day to try to get the doctors to sign off on the cause of death, and called us every day for status updates. As soon as we got the paperwork from Lovelace, Sahara got the ball rolling. We had Moms ashes and death certificates in hand less than 48 hours after Lovelace submitted their piece. Highly recommend this location. My brother and I were in search of a funeral home and cremation site for our father in December 2022 and right before Christmas, when not many places were around. Sahara was very attentive and returned our call right away. She made every effort to get us in right away, as we were from out of town and only had three days to make arrangements before heading back home to NY for the holiday. Sahara got us in the next day and spent time explaining how the process would go and did all the paperwork. From that point forward Sahara stayed in contact every step of the way and made sure to keep us informed of the status of everything. They were very quick to do the cremation for us, as well as provide me the proper paperwork to transport the cremains. The place is a bit hidden in the back of the cemetery and you could easily miss this little gem.
