The customer service top notch moral support detailed oriented.
I cant say enough about the compassion and professionalism shown by Jorge Rivera Funeral Home. From the very first phone call, they treated my family with genuine care and understanding during one of the hardest times of our lives. They went above and beyond, not only handling every detail with grace and efficiency, but doing so while navigating an incredible amount of family tension and emotion. They remained patient, calm, and kind through every conversation, always putting our loved ones memory and our familys needs first. Their guidance, empathy, and professionalism brought peace to a very chaotic and painful moment. I will always be grateful for the way they treated us not as clients, but as people who were grieving. Thank you, Jorge Rivera Funeral Home(especially Marcos)for your heart and your humanity. You made an unbearable time just a little bit easier.
The newly remodeled and expanded Jorge Rivera Funeral home continues to be the funeral home for all of Hudson County and surrounding areas. We just had the services for my younger brother Jason Poueriet there, the complete staff was very professional and worked very hard that all was taken care of so we can say our farewells in peace. There is very ample parking and the home accommodates for overflow of visitors. Westley handled the process with Florida extremely well and at a very low cost. I recommend this funeral home to all the ones I love. Giovanni C.

My cousin's funeral was handled by theviwner
I want to thank Emily so, so much for her time, compassion, and professionalism. My uncle passed away in another state recently and Emily not only transferred his remains from temporary to permanent urn, but did the same for my mother who died many years ago. She showed incredible care and respect for my family at a time that's been quite unexpectedly difficult for me. I can't recommend this funeral home enough to anyone who has lost a loved one.
Losing our grandmother has been incredibly difficult, but the staff helped us through this tough time with their compassion and care. Kevin was particularly supportive and made myself and siblings feel at ease during this very stressful period in our lives. Our family cant thank Kevin, John and Emily enough for all the compassion and support

Dorothy and Ben care about the families they serve at Garden State and it shows. Such a beautiful facility, rich with story, and the urn memorials evoke a feeling of peace and comfort. Truly a gem of history and rest.
Lovely. This crematory is a former castle that was shipped from Europe in the 1800s. Interesting history. Very professional staff.
