Genuinely pure in their concern and compassion regarding my loss and process of grieving. I was blessed spiritually with a prayer shawl and urn I otherwise would have struggled to obtain because of the programs they engage with regarding infant loss. I feel very fortunate Macken took care of my baby until I could finally bring her home.
