Jay & everyone at Macken did a tremendous job. They were accommodating to our needs, and made sure our memorial went smoothly. The team they had involved with serving food during the memorial went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. Thank you all so much for providing such a great service during such a difficult time.

Genuinely pure in their concern and compassion regarding my loss and process of grieving. I was blessed spiritually with a prayer shawl and urn I otherwise would have struggled to obtain because of the programs they engage with regarding infant loss.
