When my father passed, my mom and I met with Jim at the Burnsville location. He was very professional and explained everything in detail. Even though my dad wanted to be creamated and have his interment in New York, we felt as if we received the best individual attention and service. Jim found a beautiful crucifix to go with my dad's urn, which gave us some peace during that difficult time. His assistant MJ was wonderful too, keeping us notified throughout the process.
This is just a brief review, and will update later on. In 2009 my Mom went here to enter into a pre-need contract for a direct cremation when her time comes. The pre-need sales person at the time was cordial and professional. I, myself am thinking the same thing for myself. The lady I spoke with was very forthcoming on 11/17/2025.
Losing a loved one is a pain you really don't understand until you've experienced it yourself. We are so greatful to Jim White and the staff at White Funeral Homes for their help with my mom's funeral services. They are all very professional, caring, and organized, which really put us at ease during the planning process and the visitation and memorial service. We did not have to worry about a thing and could then just focus on the wonderful memories of mom and spending time with family and friends. Our sincerest thanks to Jim and all if his staff.
