Excellent. Organized, very kind, very personal. We appreciate your skills and kind marvelous personalities!
In a difficult time, it was reassuring to be in the hands of the Cremation Society who were so caring, professional, and knowledgeable. They explained everything that needed to be done with the passing of my loved one. Answers my follow up questions with kindness and assured me that all would be taken care of, even if I had never been through this process myself. Honestly, the best experience I could have at one of the most difficult times in my life.
Steve was very helpful and caring during this time after my father passed. I didn't know what questions to ask or what to really do. Steve basically did everything for me. It was a simple easy process during this grieving time. Thank you.

I lived in Minneapolis for over 19 years but had never been in the Bradshaw Funeral home. I was extremely impressed by the wonderful reception we received from the staff especially Micheal the funeral coordinator. They went above and beyond to help us understand the process of giving my friends Dad a proper burial with limited funds. Whether rich or poor their service was the same. They showed kindness and respect for the living as well as the dead. I would recommend their services to all that want to honour their loved ones with care.
Had a prearranged funeral for a family friend through Bradshaw. Bradshaw couldnt have been better to work with; respectful, professional and thorough. All details were taken care of extremely well. I was very impressed and very thankful.
My mother passed away and I have never had to coordinate a funeral service. So I decided on Bradshaw because we had my grandmother's funeral there. I did not realize how professional and extremely helpful and supportive everyone at Bradshaw would be. Gianna and Caitlin from the time I came in for the first meeting to internment at the graveyard always made thing's easy and explained everything and genuinely cared for myself and my family. They handled all coordination at Fort Snelling as my mother would be buried with my father which was a big relief. They had wonderful options for the service for flower arrangements, guest books and programs and the urn. Also Gianna lined up a wonderful officiant for the memorial service, Steven was fantastic. The day of the service was handled perfectly and it was truly a beautiful service. They were there for any questions and needs we had and lifted stress from myself and family. You always hope you never needed these services but when people

They took care of my husbands remains in a very professional and immediate way.
Not great. Not very good communication. We qualified for a grant to help cover the cost of my fathers cremation and because no one actually answers the phone when you call, the County hasnt been able to verify with Tulip the cost of the services and where they can wire the money to. And that is frustrating! I told my advisor specifically when they called and initially wanted payment from me, that we had qualified for a grant from the County. I asked her (Sam) how that will work and she told me that they will just reimburse me for whatever the grant covers. Now, after paying for the services in full, I have called and emailed my advisor several times with little or no response. This whole situation is difficult enough without this extra stress. Part 2: I wanted to share my experience after finally getting everything squared away with my dads cremation. Yes , it took months, but you should hear the rest of the story. I changed my review from (1) star to a (5) star review. Heres why.
