Not great. Not very good communication. We qualified for a grant to help cover the cost of my fathers cremation and because no one actually answers the phone when you call, the County hasnt been able to verify with Tulip the cost of the services and where they can wire the money to. And that is frustrating! I told my advisor specifically when they called and initially wanted payment from me, that we had qualified for a grant from the County. I asked her (Sam) how that will work and she told me that they will just reimburse me for whatever the grant covers. Now, after paying for the services in full, I have called and emailed my advisor several times with little or no response. This whole situation is difficult enough without this extra stress. Part 2: I wanted to share my experience after finally getting everything squared away with my dads cremation. Yes , it took months, but you should hear the rest of the story. I changed my review from (1) star to a (5) star review. Heres why.
