Beautiful service, beautiful facility, caring and professional staff. I would rate it 10 stars if that was possible. My family has had 4 services that I can recall in the past 30 years at Robinson Funeral Home. This was the first one that I was personally involved in planning, and Mark made the entire process very easy and straightforward. If I didn't live so far away, I would have every family service at their funeral home. They are an incredible asset to the Melrose community.

Leo Spano was amazing and friendly to work with and took great care of us during this time of grieving , made us feel comfortable like we were at home. Services were professional, kind and beautiful. My family and I have used Gately Funeral Home with both my grandfather and most recently, my grandmother. I truly cannot say enough good things about them. Which lead to my sister and I feeding Tucker an absurd amount of ham. Recently, I met Mogul. A beautiful Bernese mountain dog who is a gentle giant. Not only the comfort dogs but both John W., and his son John H., treated our family with genuine care, respect, and kindness.
