Losing a loved one is incredibly painful, and no words can fully capture that sorrow. However, having the support of Graham Hitch Cremation & Memorial made each day a little easier. I especially want to thank Wendy for being such a compassionate guide and for acting as our guardian angel during this time. She and her colleague Dennis helped us through every step. If youre searching for a place that can offer comfort and support during a difficult time, I highly recommend Graham Hitch.

These people are phenomenal. I lost my husband a year ago and I could not have gotten through that trauma without their help. They truly care about you and your loved one. They went out of their way to guide me through those dark days, at my own pace, and it means everything that I could entrust my husband to them. They treated him with amazing dignity. I literally cannot praise these folks enough and I thank God every day that I found then went through them.

We sincerely thank Kiersten Ray for making this process as easy as possible for us. We appreciated her kind words about our dad and appreciate that personal touch.
Very professional staff... I traveled from Alabama to see the graves of members of my family. I needed help with locating them and Ashley immediately helped with finding them all. I was also assisted with preparing vases for flowers at the grave sites. The grounds are very well maintained and the entire facility is beautiful.

They gave me the time I needed. Showed compassion and understood that I wasn't just saying goodbye to a pet but to my best friend.
Out of the 5 places that offered pet cremations around me, Townes Family Pet Cremations was the only place that answered our call and took in our doggie within a few hours, despite it being the weekend. Michael was very kind to us on such a hard day.
This is not something that I was expecting to write a review on, but here we are. I was told Townes did a wonderful job with pet cremations but I was hoping not to need their services for quite a while still. Then, I unexpectedly lost my baby bird (29 year old) Kiwi. He was a quaker parrot and I was distraught. Laten, Steve, and anyone I spoke with or met at Townes was very sympathetic. They made a hard time, a bit easier. They listened to me blubber over the phone, were patient while I shared my memories, and took very good care of my Kiwi. The sweet little box for his ashes and certificate were a wonderful memorial. I was even able to share Kiwi's obituary link with friends and family. I would highly recommend Townes Family Pet Cremations to anyone who needs such services. They will definitely be there for you in your time of sorrow.
