We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Michaels Funeral Home for the care, compassion, and professionalism shown to our family during such a painful time. From the very first meeting, you guided us with warmth and understanding, helping us make decisions that honored our fathers memory in the most beautiful way. Every detail was handled with respect and kindness, and your gentle support made a heartbreaking process a little easier to bear. We will always be grateful for your dedication, patience, and the comfort you brought to our family.
I cant thank Michaels Funeral Home (Michael, Stephanie, Mark) enough for the compassion and professionalism they showed while helping me plan my moms funeral. From the very first phone call they were kind, patient and attentive to every detail. Losing mom was incredibly difficult but their support made a hard time just a little bit easier to bear. They guided me through every step with care and clarity never making me feel rushed even though I called pretty much daily and asked a lot of questions. The service was beautiful and exactly what mom would have wanted :(. The funeral home is warm, clean and very open. Also the fact we had the entire space to ourselves was very meaningful. Thank you for all your help and helping us honor her memory with such grace and respect. I highly recommend Michaels funeral home which was recommended to me by a friend.

When my father recently passed, we were completely unprepared for the arrangements that needed to be made. It was late and the facility he was in told me I had 4 hours to have him picked up. They gave me a phone number to a funeral home. They picked him up and I was shocked when I heard the cost. For less than half the cost of the funeral home, Rich took over my father's care. He made the proper arrangements to transfer care and helped me with the fee I was being charged for the transfer. He came to my home to go over the process in detail. He then brought my father's ashes to me at home less than a week after he passed. He even arranged for a separate small container of ashes that I could send to my brother out of state. He brought him home in a wooden box (most places do plastic unless you pay more). He shook hands with my teenage sons showing them the same respect as you would the paying customer. He called me with any updates on where we were in the process. He was kind, compassion
Rich was very professional, kept in communication, made sure everything went smoothly and got my mom back to me faster than anticipated. Very compassionate and made the process a pleasant experience. His price and everything that's included is an absolute deal. Not to mention he has great hours, he's your guy!
I reached out and had a comforting conversation with Rich. He was clear and thoughtful to walk me through this process. His experience evokes knowledge and trust. His demeanor was of kindness and empathy. Thank you! Mary ONeil
