Meadows Funeral Home was recommended to me by a family friend after an unexpected death in the family. The family is currently on the West Coast and the memorial would be in the Chicago suburbs. Melissa Nelson was patient and compassionate as I called for information regarding a death half way across the country. She provided details on what Meadows could provide and also offered alternative solutions for us which wouldnt even result in revenue for her. To me, this is a sign of a true professional looking out for the best interests of the client. She also made any expenses that might be incurred very clear as she understands that many times families arent prepared for the expense. Ultimately, due to size constraints, we were unable to use Meadows, but I absolutely recommend Meadows Funeral Home and Melissa.
They did a great job on my mom service was great ,I was very impressed that everything went as good as it did ,I just want to thank you !
