I have had nothing but the best experience in the most difficult time of my life dealing with Mike. He is everything you need a funeral director to be. Twice in the last four months Mike has taken the absolute best care with my dad and stepmom. Im happy to have come across a person like him when I needed it. He guided me through this new chapter of my life leaving no information out. I cant thank him enough.

They handled all the details seamlessly, allowing us to focus on grieving and celebrating my mother's life. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of compassionate and reliable funeral arrangements.

If I could give them more stars I would. We had an unexpected loss of a 36 yr old husband/father and John helped my daughter through the arrangements with respect and compassion. The service was great, I'm so thankful for everything. Highly recommend!!

even in the way Mark spoke to us about the whole process and what decisions we needed to make. Mark showed up to the funeral on time and did an excellent job putting a personal touch on the ceremony. He did a great job in preparing my father and making sure he looked his best. Mark was also helpful in instructing the pallbearers on the process and how and where to carry the casket. There aren't enough stars to give Precious Pets Crematory! John took our call after hours. Mark was literally waiting for us at the door when we brought our Tom Tom. He was so kind, compassionate, and caring. You really feel cared for at a difficult time. I cannot recommend Precious Pets Crematory enough. They are genuinely wonderful people!
