Cremation was pre-paid. After death, Lanier Funeral & Cremation was incredible! Excellent Customer Service, Empathy and extremely helpful with any and all questions I had. Even though I live out of State, it was if Lanier was next door like caring neighbor. Even after eight months, I required additional assistance. Yes, Lanier again was outstanding. I must recommend their Services for any and all of ones need at a time of loss.

I have friends and acquaintances that are interred in the memorial garden. The grounds are well maintained with several statutes, a fountain, and several monuments honoring veterans. The staff is friendly and helpful. When I was looking for a friends grave they took me in a golf cart to locate him.

I had a wonderful experience, inspite of the circumstance. All the employees I met were sympathetic and professional. There was never a rush or pressure placed while making arrangements. They made sure every detail was explained. Devanshae went above and beyond, including a beautiful poem she quoted at graveside. I would highly recommend Lakeland Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens.

I am eternally grateful to Heath Funeral Chapel for the gentle care and compassion they showed our family during this impossible loss. i live out of town. My dog got suddenly got sick and passed when visiting Florida. My cousin recommended this place. They are so caring for you and your pet. Highly recommend this place. Prices are very good compare to where i live. I pay 3 times as much.

Compassionate Pet Cremation truly lives up to their name. We took our dog, Sassy, there to be cremated about a week ago, and during one of the hardest moments our family has faced, they were absolutely amazing. Sassy wasnt just a pet  she was a huge part of our family  and they treated her, and us, with so much kindness, dignity, and respect. From the moment we arrived, we felt supported and cared for. They were gentle, patient, and understanding of how emotional this was for us, and they never made us feel rushed. One especially meaningful touch was that they included a small baggie of Sassys fur. It may seem like a small gesture, but to us it meant so much and made the experience feel incredibly personal and thoughtful. Every step of the process was handled with compassion, which helped make an unbearably painful experience just a little easier. We are truly grateful for the care they gave Sassy and for how they treated our family during such a heartbreaking time. I highly rec

I woke up on Christmas Eve to find that my bunny of 6 1/2 years sadly passed away. I called and was able to drop her off the same day. The gentleman that helped me was polite and professional. The price was super reasonable especially since I got to choose an urn. It was estimated her ashes would be ready in a week and two days later they were ready for pick up. Her ashes were in the correct urn and correct nameplate (I just wanted her name) and it came in a nice felt bag and included a cremation certificate. Overall a very pleasant experience.

A huge "THANK YOU" to the entire staff for the planning, preparation, and execution of my mother's "Celebration of Life" service; my expectations were exceeded. The majority of the planning took place over the phone as I reside in another state. Mr. Andrew and Mr. Maurice were extremely attentive to details and did not disappoint. Again, thank you so much to the entire staff for doing a magnificent job. Mom was beautiful, she looked like she was sleeping.

I found the Coney Funeral Home extremely easy to work with. Great communication between the staff and myself. Ms. Coney-Williams provided up front costs that remained steadfast with no last minute add ons.

The costs were explained clearly and what to expect of the process tenderly handled. From the first call to the follow up emails, professional caring service all the way.

Thank you for coming out so quickly when are pet had been hit by a car . The sudden loss of a pet is even more heartbreaking and difficult to deal with as we were unprepared . Honor thy pet was out there within two hours of our call on a Saturday. Definitely helped our mourning process. Thank you for being in our community.
