Although Deb owns a business a pet parent never wants to visit, when the time comes to say goodbye to our beloved pets, she is the person to go to. We highly recommend her services. When we lost both of our pups within 2 months, we went to Debs each time and she walked us through our options with great care and compassion. She explained the process and made a very stressful and devastating situation bearable. It is evident that Deb feels this is her lifes calling. We will not hesitate to use Debs services in the future and are grateful for her respect and care of our beloved boys.
we lost our 18 year old yorkie mix Callie on Friday July 11th. called Deb and she was wonderful. arranged for us to bring our baby there straight from the vets office to her. she went over all the options available to us. did an individual cremation to be returned to us in 48 hours. had the option to be there for the cremation but chose not to. picked out an urn and got a clay paw print impression. she even laid out our baby for us so we could say goodbye one final time. went back on Sunday to get her cremains. deb took some of her hair and put in in a little bag with a silk rose. she even made a little bag to put her cremains in from her blanket we brought from home. i would highly recommend using her for any pet cremations. she was very caring and wonderful to work with. after suffering the loss of our daschund 2 years earlier and using the vet to have her cremated to only find out the place they used never cremated her and dumped her body in a landfill and returned a different dogs
we cannot say enough wonderful things about Deb and her services. we lost our dog in our home on a Sunday night. Chartiers Custom Pet Cremation was recommended to us by a friend. we reached out and Deb met us that night and was so very gentle and compassionate with us. we were in shock and grieving-she made the process simple. we felt at ease leaving our baby with her. she has been nothing but kind and caring-thank you for making this terrible loss as easy as possible for us.
