My mom recently passed away and I had no idea what was to happen next. I set up a meeting with Colton from Holmes-Watkins Funeral Home to discuss our options. My husband, brother and I were greeted by Elizabeth and were made very comfortable in the meeting room. Colton came in, greeted us, right away expressed his heartfelt condolences and began. He was so very kind and sincere in presenting our options. Colton and the entire staff made our choices, our hearts and our minds at ease. Sarah was such a wonderful partner throughout this difficult time. After only one phone call she arranged the whole process which included arrangements in CT and a transport down to the burial in NJ all within 48 hours. We just held my fathers service at Manchester Funeral Home and only have positive memories from the whole process. Sarah was lovely to work with from the first phone call to meeting us with all the flowers and photo boards at the repast. Sarah was always available when we had questions or updating us on things. Recently had John F Tierney take care of my mothers funeral. They are first class all the way. I watched them say a prayer at the hearse when they picked her up. Everything was setup beautifully for the service and the gravesite. It was slippery that day and most people were walked to and from their cars.

Losing my mom was one of the most difficult experiences of my life. From the first call I made and the moment we walked in, we were treated with such care, compassion, and respect. During one of the hardest moments of our lives, the staff made everything feel manageable. They were patient, attentive, and truly genuine in every interaction. What touched us deeply was the follow-up after the services. Checking on our family, offering support, and providing helpful resources. This was not just a service, but a ministry of love. We are forever grateful for the kindness shown to our mother and our family.

Tierney Funeral Home has the most caring, loving compassionate staff ever. In time of grief and being overwhelmed Tom Tierney made my experience with the loss of my husband much easier. He was patient with a grieving wife as I was to made the end of my husband life both accommodating and loving. From making arrangements from water cremation to setting up the funeral home with Riks favorite things displayed, making sure I was ok as well as the family. There are really no words to explain my experience!!

Having to deal with the sudden death of a loved one isnt easy...to say the least. Planning the arrangements with Chris at East Cemetary, proved to be comforting for our family. He was knowledgeable, kind and sympathetic, making the process more bearable. We thank you so much for your kindness towards our family during such a difficult time. We like you, but hope we dont see you for a very long time. :)

Absolutely perfect. So kind and considerate.

I am writing this review during a time of sadness. This past mid November we made the difficult decision to put our 14 year old black lab down. I was, and still am, heartbroken. It was extremely sad to leave, my baby, knowing I would not see him again. After his passing, he was going to Riverbend Pet Crematory for his cremation. A little over a week later our beloved dog was returned to us. I cried tears of sadness and tears of joy. His urn is heavy! He was and still is a big boy. Thank you to the staff at Riverbend Pet Crematory. Your dedication to your careers is amazing. I am forever grateful. Tully Crowley's family.

Riverbend has taken care of me during two different cremations of my pets and have done a great job with both. They are very reasonable in price, and show a lot of care for what they do.

Everyone at The Green Cremation were wonderful to talk to when we needed their services this summer for our daughter. They gave me peace of mind and were very kind and caring. The support they offer even after their services have been completed also comforting. I would highly recommend them if you are in need. Green cremation just seems to me to be a gentler process than traditional cremation.
