Danbury Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Services handled both my fathers services in 2023 and now my mothers services, and I truly cannot say enough about the care and compassion they have shown our family. Losing one parent is devastating. Losing both within a short period of time is something I never imagined navigating  yet Junior, Kristen, and the entire team made each experience feel supported, dignified, and deeply respectful. I cannot say enough about how well Cornell Funeral Home in Danbury handled my Mom's services. From the first phone call, Tania (Funeral Director) took care of everything and provided valuable advice when needed. She took care of my Mom like she was her own, down to the finest detail. We had an amazing experience at Green funeral home. Losing a parent is never easy, but we were so well taken care of there. Mr. Buzaid thought of everything and presented it all it bitesize pieces, careful not to overwhelm. I would never go anywhere else!

Green Funeral Home went above and beyond to help make the devastating loss of my dad more manageable. My mom is not tech savvy, and on days I was working, Caroline went out of her way to help my mom with forms, photo uploads, and church correspondence. Her patience, professionalism, warmth, and humor are so deeply appreciated by me. We're a quirky, sentimental family and I couldn't be happier with the way Caroline and the team staged all of the photos, memorabilia and art along with my dad's urn. Everyone at the wake commented how much my dad's spirit was evident in the room. Even our church sings the praises of Green as they are SO organized and help walk the family through every step of the process. This place is absolutely the best place for funeral arrangements. My dad died the 20th and he was first taken to another place BUT I didn't like them. I called up this place and they handled everything perfectly and made it easier for the loss for me and my mom. I highly recommend this place.

While losing a loved one is never a pleasant experience, Chris and the Jowdy-Kane team made the entire process as easy as possible. We are a large family with a lot of factors and opinions, but we all felt heard, understood, and prioritized. The location is spacious and comforting, and they truly take care of every detail. Our entire family is still talking about Chris from the moment he came to our home after my grandmother passed until the burial was over, he was nothing but supportive, patient, and kind. His presence immediately put us all at ease, and his professionalism allowed us to make incredibly difficult decisions more easily and confidently.
