Brianna was a huge help and comfort with making sure everything was being handled she was well spoken, and informed me every step of the way. She was thoughtful and knowledgeable, if she didnt have the answer she would let me know she needed to get back to me to be sure. I appreciated her level of commitment to customer service. Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home always does an excellent job! Peter and his staff are always compassionate and concerned about their clients!!! All the gentleman directing traffic were very kind. Mr. Sagarino and the young man working with him were very helpful by showing me the easiest way to get my mother into the building. (My mother was in a wheelchair.) I especially want to thank Karen Sagarino. From the beginning to the end Karen Sagarino gave special attention to my mother's needs and was always assisting me. She is very compassionate! You are excellent! You all get an A+!

My 97 year old mother recently passed away. after a short illness. She lived in Kensington all her life and had prepaid for her funeral. 5th Peter Hansen and his family could not have been more helpful. We had a short window to plan and hold the committal and they made it easy. We will hold a celebration of life in 2024 and know they will continue to help us through the process.

I used service of Luddy cremation services for my mother who passed away due to illness at a hospital. I must say they are through professional, explained whole process detailing what all approvals are required and how much time it is going to take at ever y stage. We had some specific requirement as we are Indian Hindu and they were aware about our religious rituals and accomdative in meeting our requirements of having a gathering and rituals at crematory. I would highly recommend them as what you need in this kind of time of loosing loved one is mental peace and that is what we received at Luddy.

My mom passed on 11/11/21 & Luddy Cremation Center answered my call immediately. They took care of her cremation and handed her to me the day before Thanksgiving. I was numb but theirs so much that anyone can do when your parent dies. Sometimes, workers become numb also because this is what they do for a living and sometimes we dont receive the sympathy we would like..its not their fault, its just their job and our loss. I would recommend them because they were quick & professional. Also, I didnt realize they were Swedish like we are which made me feel good.

I have my cremation certificate and would like to learn how to cremate. I also am in mortuary school as well but this place has done a lot cremations and they are the best.
