Most unfortunate circumstances lead me to work with Sarah and the Manchester Funeral Home / Holmes-Watkins Funeral Home team, and I cannot express enough how exceptional they were during such an incredibly terrible time. From the very first call, she was incredibly responsive, compassionate, and attentive to every detail. Super special thank you to Sarah Pruett, our funeral director, who truly went above and beyond. Sarah was available 24-7, took the time to listen, and offered thoughtful step-by-step guidance without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. She handled every aspect with grace.
