It is a family owned business that handled all my needs and concerns better than I could have imagined I flew in from out of town and they took care of everything in a timely and compassionate way. The staff is very warm caring they have taken care of my mother my father and now recently my wife always went above and beyond they are not like them dignity places that are just there to screw you for money these people actually care they're there to answer all your questions and really make a difficult time in your life less difficult I highly recommend them

I had a great experience with Online Cremations. As impersonal as the name might indicate, it was actually handled very personably, efficiently, and professionally. I had to take care of the passing of my father from another state, and this couldn't have been any easier for me using their service. Communication was great, and everything was handled in a very timely manner. They arranged for pick up, cremation, and handled all of the death certificates. No problems with shipment either. Would highly recommend.
