Thank you to Cristina and all of the staff members of Indian School Messinger Mortuary who made the whole process of my mother's memorial beautiful. Cristina, my brother and I are thankful for your kindness, thoroughness, and attention to details. We appreciate other staff members who greeted us, volunteered in the Reception Room, helped carry items in and out. We are so glad mom chose you more than 15 years ago!

I apologize for just giving you a review. From one funeral director to another, I really appreciate you guys for a service well done from the time you received my nephew Reshonne Lamb, making sure that he was on my scheduled flight back to NC.,and how good he looked after he was prepared for transport. Again thanks so much the service was on point from beginning to finish!

Messingers made a very difficult time for me with my fathers passing, a peaceful experience. All of the folks I worked with made this transition as good as it could possibly be. I recently used Messinger Pinnacle Peak Mortuary for the memorial services of a loved one. I worked with Greer Van Zantan. The whole process was handled with such dignity and respect. Greer and the entire Messinger family were wonderfully accommodating during our time of grief. They were patient and understanding and provided us with outstanding service. We held the memorial at their chapel and they accommodated a private family viewing and a public viewing before the memorial service. Never once did we feel rushed as they gave us the time we needed. I appreciated the last minute help by Greer to put together a slide show and arrange for live streaming of the service. I couldnt have picked a better mortuary. They were outstanding.

I want to express my deep gratitude to Kendal and the entire staff at Messinger Pinnacle Peak for taking great care to ensure the service for my husband was the best it could be. Kendal listened attentively and was very empathic from the moment we met to discuss arrangements, and many emails later, to the day of the memorial. We had some minor issues with our photos, probably from the poor prints we were submitting, but Kendal patiently attended to every detail to make sure everything went according to our wishes. She was helpful in every way from securing a deacon, videographer, flowers, urn, color guard to the music choices. We received many compliments on the service and can honestly say I wouldn't have changed a thing.

Its a difficult time when someone you care about dies. Hansen funeral director was professional and caring in guiding me through an emotional process. I truly cannot say enough amazing things about my bridal shower. The tea party ("Par-Tea") theme was executed so beautifully and thoughtfully  every single detail felt intentional and special. Sherry and the team sourced the most stunning vintage teacups and plates, which made everything feel so charming and elevated. One of my favorite touches was that we actually got to use our teacups to make candles  such a creative and memorable experience that doubled as the sweetest keepsake. The food and drinks were just as incredible. The espresso martinis were hands down some of the best Ive ever had, the tea sandwiches were delicious and perfectly curated, and the dessert table was beyond  complete with fondue and the most gorgeous spread. Every bite felt elevated and indulgent. They even had wonderful staff capturing all the moments, which made the entire event feel even more special and personal. From start to finish, it was seamless, beautiful, and full of heart. You can truly tell

I was at a bridal shower and it was so beautiful it was done in the motif of Alice in Wonderland tea party with nice little China tea cups and saucers and I guess the normal stuff you have at bridal shower assuming everybody has a chocolate fountain , and it was really amazing looking. Belated thank you to Entrusted Pets. Our beloved pug passed 2 months ago, peacefully and at home. We wanted cremation so we could keep his ashes. I saw Entrusted Pets online and was able to reach them fairly early morning. Joe was so kind, no pressure. Their fee options were less than our vets office, which helped our family. Their location in south Phoenix was easily reached by freeway. They are a Messenger Mortuary company, a definite advantage, everything is very professional. We had his ashes in just 3 days. At every step they were caring and compassionate. Thank you.

II would like to share my pleasant experience with Paradise Memorial Gardens. My father passed away due to COVID-19, and with all the restrictions at that time and me being stricken with COVID as well, I did not have a proper service for him. I have kept his ashes at home, and when the opportunity finally arrived, I started visiting different cemeteries around town. I happened to visit Paradise Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. There I saw an older gentleman going around with a washcloth wiping and cleaning, keeping things neat. I did not know who he was at that time, but we had a good conversation for about half an hour. It was Paul Messinger. He said he has the most quiet neighbors in town. I see he takes pride in his work. The staff was helpful. Mr. Stivers assisted me. Mr. Paul Messinger was there as well. I purchased a 6-comp at the newer section of the mausoleum. Now I saw Mr. P. Messinger passed away early 2025. I will always remember him very well and tell my family how I ended up ch

Kat Hastert, with Paradise Memorial Gardens, made the most difficult time we've experienced as a family such a warm and pleasant experience! Her bubbly personality put us at ease. She came up with several options for our needs, and she even made us smile as we worked through a lovely end result. We have a new friend in Kat! Paradise Memorial Gardens holds a special place in my heart. Both of my grandparents are buried there near a tree and the lake. Its a beautiful spot. This past year my Mom passed away, and we knew she wanted to be buried at the same place. My sister and I picked out the most beautiful location inside the Mausoleum with the help of Kat. My Moms location is so peaceful with a window view looking out to the water where my grandparents are. We love sitting inside and reflecting, its so peaceful. Kat was so instrumental in helping us, and is always available for any questions. You can tell she loves her job!
