Losing my dad was one of the hardest moments in my life. From the very beginning after his passing of when he was picked up, to his viewing and final cremation, this place made it easy. Tim deserves a gold star for just being a kind hearted individual. My family unfortunately was not financially prepared for his loss but this place made it affordable for us and even offered plans to make the financial process as easy as possible. Thank you Tim and the man who picked up my dad after his passing for just being so kind. I unfortunately do not remember that man's name but I am grateful.

My mother passed away peacefully in her sleep and I found her in the morning. After calling the authorities she was officially pronounced as deceased. She lives in AZ and I am from OH. My mother wanted to be buried in PA. After calling the funeral home in PA, they let me know that someone from All Options Funeral Home would arrive shortly. Cassandra the owner and an additional staff member came to the house. Cassandra was very professional but more importantly extremely compassionate. She immediately removed her jewelry and personally handed it to me. I felt very comfortable placing my mother in her care. Cassandra was so kind. I was unable to express my gratitude at the time, but wish to thank Cassandra and her staff for making me feel confident that my mother would be treated with respect and dignity. While nobody wants to be in a position to be dealing with a mortuary, Kirstie and the team at Tempe Mortuary made it an effortless experience. They were caring and kind and outlined all the things I needed to know and took care of so many things. I really appreciated having one less thing to worry about during this time of loss.

This funeral home has taken amazing care of two of my relatives. As someone in the death care industry, I am a bit picky, but Tempe Mortuary has really exceeded my expectations. It's wonderful to know that even though I am out of state, someone is looking after my loved ones so carefully. I highly recommend them for pre-need and at need. Neptune made the process go very smoothly. We called them and they arrived about 90 minutes later, were very respectful, and told us to take as much time as we needed to say goodbye.
