I cannot say enough of the whole process that Avenidas, they explain everything in detail and leave nothing out. I never understood cremation as to how it is done, I do now. I have a loved one going into that process.

I lost my husband in August of 2025. Every one I dealt with was so kind and patient. I just received an email about they had my husband's hair and hand prints. Didn't even realize they were there. Losing a loved one is the worst,but they help make part of the process easier. Even informed me that Amazon carried urns,if I wanted a bigger selection . Who knew? Not me. I didn't do any service,just the cremation.

She explained everything that would happen and answered all our questions. And our experiences at the funeral home were also done with respect and kindness. They make a sad occasion as bearable as possible for everyone who is grieving.

Aaron and Courtney really made the process easy and took care of my family, eased the grieving process and gave my father a fantastic send-off. When my brother died we used Martinez which was ok but this place was so much better.

At such a horrible time in our lives, losing our Dad, Desert Sunset employees provided important information to us with the next steps in a calm and helpful manner. They were also very thorough about things like ordering enough death certs as well as walking us through the arrangements and timeline for cremation. Very upfront about cost which we felt was reasonable. Appreciated the detailed invoice and packet of information on what to expect as well as follow up texts and phone calls for any of our concerns.

From the first phone call when I didn't know what I was doing, needing to do, or thinking clearly, Meagan and the entire team were kind, professional, gave clear and helpful instructions, and were very patient with the many questions I had. Because it is almost Christmas, I was expecting unusual delays at all stages. I shared that we were really hoping to get Dad's ashes before Christmas so we could hold a memorial while family was already in town, and they were able to expedite everything. I am so grateful for how considerate they were about this detail. HIGHLY recommend Sensible Funerals & Cremations.

If I could give 100 out of 5 stars, I would. My father died in a house fire, it was like a million things fell out of the sky and became my responsibility. I never knew how much was involved when someone passed, but because of Tucson Cremation Services it felt like I didn't need to worry about ANY of it. Meagan handled my case, and she is the sweetest person I've ever met in my life, she made every step so easyeven down to the legal complexities! (It was a very, very complicated situation. But again, I didn't have to worry about it.) Everyone that I met in office was professional and wonderful, and they all still got me to smile because they're, again, incredibly sweet. I paid extra to ensure my father came almost 100 miles to this location, and I'm so thankful that I did. Once it was in their hands it was a burden off my shoulders, and I will forever remember how dang EASY they made everything in the aftermath of a very traumatic event. My husbands father passed away in January of 2023. He was cremated by Tucson Cremation Services. We made payment as we could, but just didnt have the money to pay for the ashes to be shipped. We live in California and finances are tight so we had a hard time paying for the shipping, so they stored the remains. In May of 2024, they decided to ship the remains to us at no cost. They have always worked with us since day one, money was never their main concern. They have genuine compassion. I cannot recommend them enough. From the bottom of our hearts we thank each and every member of your staff.

My consultant, Maggie was one of the most patient kind and consoling persons Ive ever met actually havent met. Her kind and soothing voice and caring tone really helped me keep together during this very difficult time of my brothers passing.
