The people that work there have been wonderful, they're clearly on your side, the feeling I got was humanity first and buisness second.
Jenson's handled both my dad and stepmom's preparations recently. Services provided by Jenson's included removal and processing according to family wishes. They also provided a quiet memorial service site. Staff were dignified, professional and did not apply pressure to purchase unecessary extras. Special thanks to Pam and staff.

Exceptionally professional and compassionate service. I know they have an incredibly difficult job and they could not have been kinder and more patient with me.
We purchased a pre-needs funeral plan through Kate at Hatfield with guidance from Melissa. They made the entire process as easy as one possibly could. When our loved one passed, one phone call to them was all it took. I highly recommend Hatfield. This is truly a gift to your loved ones when you handle this ahead of time. Make these arrangements and then live the rest of your life in peace.
The loss of our loved one was very difficult for us. Melissa was so thoughtful and caring. She made the memorial service a beautifully memorable tribute and took the time to order a special gift for a little 6 year old who lost his father. She also took pictures from the sidelines and sent those to me after. She is a special human being with a beautiful heart.

My sweet boy passed in the later hours of the night. Serenity was there waiting for us at 1am to take him in. They were incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. They didn't rush me to choose his urn or let him go. They allowed me to take my time. By the afternoon, they had him returned to me, offering that same kindness and compassion. That you for easing the burden during a difficult time.
Pam was understanding and comforting in one of our darkest times. I didnt catch the name of the lady that was attending to us on pick up, but she was very kind as well. Thank you for taking care of us.
I can't begin to express my gratitude for the overwhelming amount of compassion the folks at Serenity showed me when my little Abby passed. They were quick to pick her up, and (at cost) return her to me the same day because at that moment, I couldn't even drive. In a time where I really needed help in this process, they stepped right up. Thank you Robert, for your kindness and compassion. This was an invaluable service. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. ~ Judy Wood
