My father died suddenly in early December.Tom was very helpful and kind. He helped me with everything, my father was a veteran and wanted his funeral at the VA national cemetery with honors. Tom helped me set this up and made the whole process very easy during a very upsetting and stressful time. If your unsure where to go for a lovely funeral, go here. They are professional, kind, and do a wonderful job.
During one of the most painful and emotionally overwhelming moments of my life, I reached out to this funeral home regarding a fetal loss. From the very first call, Sir Tom responded with exceptional compassion, professionalism, and attentiveness. He handled my concerns with clarity and care, never rushing the conversation, and fully understood the urgency and sensitivity of the situation. His kindness and calm presence brought a sense of reassurance during a time filled with grief and uncertainty. It was evident that he approaches his work not just as a profession, but as a service rooted in empathy and respect for families during their most vulnerable moments. The funeral home itself is beautiful and peaceful inside;well maintained, warm, and comforting. Knowing that this is the oldest funeral home in Prescott added a deep sense of trust, history, and dignity to the experience. I am truly grateful for the care and understanding I received, and I highly recommend this funeral home
Tom and Butch were caring and thoughtful in handling my mother in laws cremation and interment. Tom explained all that needed to happen in a calm, empathetic manner that brought comfort to my wife and brothers-in-law. He went above and beyond in his handling of the details such as the obituary and procurement of the death certificates. Butch attended the interment ceremony at the cemetery and walked us through what was taking place. Cannot recommend Hampton Funeral Home enough!

This is a tough time for all of us, Stop looking and stop stressing, Advanced Cremation Care is the place. Ethan Bueler, the owner is a caring person and he makes you feel like family. Thank you Ethan
I wish I was a more eloquent writer. Ethan went above and beyond to be supportive and compassionate in this time of need. My daughters father passed away the summer of 2025. We live about 600 or so miles away. Ethan was true to his word, he separated the ashes for us, provided an extra box for the ashes at no cost. And he was open and waiting for as we drove through to pick up the ashes and attend the service. He really made the process easier for us and made a devastating loss a little easier.
Everyone was extremely kind towards our family. They accommodated our requests and communicated thoroughly with us through all the processes. Thank you again for your kindness

Tami was so sweet, caring, and compassionate. She coordinated her services for the aftercare of our Labradoodle, Izzy, with Dr. Roth. Their great teamwork made for a pleasant experince for us as pet parents. Bless you both.
Having to say goodbye to millie who was only 6 and healthy until she wasnt. Tammy and the vets at pah who came to end her pain were wonderful. Was a big comfort that she was at home in my lap.
Serene Waters is amazing. From the moment we made contact with Tami, I was so comforted and truly confident that our pet would be treated with the utmost dignity, love, care and respect. Every step of the way, that was reaffirmed to us. Tami communicated with us with kindness and empathy, and treated our pet with such honor throughout the process and in every conversation. Knowing I could trust our best friend was in such amazing hands made the grieving process so much less stressful. The memory items we got back were all so beautiful and are so special to us. We love Serene Waters and appreciate Tami's hard work and passion for treating pets with dignity as they continue on to the next phase of their journey. You can tell this is truly more than just a "job" or a "business," but a calling and a mission for Tami. Thank you for caring for our family member. We love her and miss her.
