When my mom passed away, we experienced an unexpected and stressful situation where she was initially sent to the wrong funeral homeone that was not part of her pre-arranged plan. From the very beginning, the Kristen and her staff went well above and beyond to make things right. They personally ensured my mom was transferred to the correct funeral home and handled everything with compassion, professionalism, and respect. I was across the country at the time and needed to travel to be there. The staff was incredibly patient and understanding, knowing that we were unable to arrive for a couple of weeks. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured  instead, we felt supported during an already overwhelming time. Her cremation was completed using the pre-purchased urn she had selected, which meant so much to our family. The team at Bradbury is exceptional when it comes to communication and support during difficult time such as losing a loved one. They offer first class services at an excellent rate and are attentive in helping make decisions that were best for our family. Knowing our loved ones were in the best hands when Bradbury arrived to take them into their care was such a refreshing experience. Naomi and Jennifer in the office are so kind and thoughtful. I wanna thank Joe for his amazing service when our Louie passed away we were looking for someone to cremate our boy and we found beloved pet online and called and spoke with Joe. Their service is impeccable, we were able to drive out as soon as possible and new he would be taken care of. We lost our cat Mr. Bubs unexpectedly. I called and within 20min we were able to bring him in to My Beloved Pet Crematory. They have a beautiful selection of options and the cost is very affordable. I was able to get his paw imprint on ceramic, I also requested an ink print for a future tattoo as well as a necklace chain so I can keep him close to my heart.
