Very caring staff. So helpful and pleasant , knowledgeable staff to work with. My sister passed away and I live in another state. They were able to assist on line. But I and my Brother were able to travel to AZ to work on the final details. They made it easy and were very flexible about what we needed and able to work around our schedule. We did a simple viewing before cremation and it was a nice experience. Im so appreciative of all the did .

Last month I had to lay my dad to rest, and Heritage was a blessing in that process. Sarah was incredibly understanding and communicative, and helped us every step of the way. Should you be unfortunate enough to need their services, theyll be there to take care of things kindly and patiently.

This whole team is a class act! The Warren's took care of us like family. Paul was amazing as well. Nobody ever wants to be in this position but Paul took over and made us as comfortable as possible

As much as it was hard to say see you later to my daughter, i trusted my daughter in the hands of cecilia. she was respectful, sweetest person i ever met, and will show so much love/ support while grieving for a lost one. Thank you cece as well for placing my daughter in a safe box to bring her home while helping us clean up!

The representative was very easy to work with. There was no high pressure, she understood where I was coming from. Am glad that my final wishes will be carried out.

Genevieve and the rest of the staff were very considerate and helpful when it came to dealing with the loss of my mother. They were so supportive and detail oriented to what we envisioned our mothers services to look like. Should we ever be faced with this situation again, I would gladly come to them for there services.
