My mother, Mary McDonald, who had lived in Bellmead for many years had her service prearranged with Bellmead Funeral Home. I couldnt have been more pleased with accommodations, kindness, responses, and considerations from the funeral director. He arranged everything for my family&.he took the extra time to see all our needs were met and that the service was conducted with dignity and professionalism. Thanks to all the staff at Bellmead Funeral Home. I can truly recommend using them.
They were very kind and helpful when my mom died.
Everything was taken care of how we requested it to be done.

Connally Compton handled the services for my mom and our family was very pleased with their services. They were very kind and patient during such a hard time for us. We were never rushed and they made sure everything was handled as we wanted. Thank you to the entire staff for making something so difficult just a little easier.
When my Pops died on June 30 the funeral director from Connally/Compton got to our house very quickly and handled everything in such a professional manner. Im a bit biased because both my parents work/worked there but the level of compassion and care is the same for all families. Russell is an amazing Funeral Director and I highly recommend him, but all the staff were amazing during a very hard time. They helped plan right down to the smallest details and went above and beyond anything we expected. The entire staff are helpful and caring and there were no unpleasant surprises along the way. I cant recommend them enough. They make the hardest time a family can go through so much easier and manageable. We had a cremation and the urn the ashes came back in was exactly what my Pops would have wanted, but Ive seen them plan some incredible services for other families and they make each situation unique for each family. Theyre easy to work with and take each family step by step through a
Pleasant experience considering it's not something most people care to think about. Connally Compton handled my father's service in December of 2024 and everything was handled very professionally.

Brent went above and beyond what he had to in both the financial issues we had and we had family issues that he would patiently listen to that went beyond the scope of our contract. The process didnt feel like a business trying to just get paid but someone helping you thru the process that is unfortunately neccessary at the end of someones life. Discreet, honest, patient, knowledgable, fair, personable, and willing to work with us on the financial issues we had. I could go on and on.
The entire staff at Lakeshore Funeral Home made a difficult time easier. From my first experience walking in for a pre-arrangement meeting with Christie, speaking with Paul over the phone when my dad passed, to the service directed by Brian, everything was handled with professionalism, dignity and compassion. It was a comfort for my entire family to be surrounded by such care and compassion.

From the very first call, their team was compassionate, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make a difficult time a little easier. Every detail was handled with respect and dignity, and they provided clear guidance throughout the entire process. Everyone was so considerate and helpful. Jenna did a wonderful job with the Obituary and Charla explained the whole process so I did not have to worry about anything. Thanks Kathy
After contacting Wilkirson Hatch Bailey to make arrangements for my moms cremation services, Jenna Mayfield responded within minutes. In that moment of heartbreak and uncertainty, her quick response meant more than she probably realized. From the beginning, she took the time to explain me everything from A-Z with unique and genuine compassion and care. Even though my family and I live in Harker Heights (about an hour away),we immediately felt that we were in the right hands. Their professionalism, kindness and humanity were exactly what we needed during that painful moment. Me. Bill Coleman was truly exceptional. He guided us through every step of the paperwork and decision making process with patience, understanding and sympathy. He answered our questions not only with expertise but with a warmth and human candor that brought comfort when we were hurting the most. We were also blessed to receive the same support from Sara Criddle through the after care program. Her kindness reminded
What a wonderful and comforting experience with WHB funeral home and a special thank you to Family Services Counselor, Jenna Mayfield for her guidance and expertise in helping to make all the arrangements for Planning Ahead. She has such compassion and empathy for clients. She made the decision process so easy and has given me peace of mind knowing that my final wishes will be honored and my family will be relieved of some of the stress associated with the loss of a loved one. Exactly what I was looking for and much more Jenna

Such a wonderful funeral home! They conducted my dad services a couple of weeks ago. They did an awesome job on him, and the service. I recommend anyone to take their loved one to McDowell's. They also conducted my mom's funeral in 2008. They did an awesome job as well. If you all are not taking them to this funeral home, your losing out. They have great staff, and a nice funeral home. My family have been dealing with them for many years. You will not be disappointed in their work! I've always admired the way they conduct their services. We ARE KINGS AND QUEENS and that's the way I feel they send us off.
They you Serenity you have buried 4 members of my family. And every one was what we wanted for I loved one's thank you again for a wonderful job.
I was hesitant to use Serenity after reading some of the reviews but I am glad that I chose them for my moms final arrangements but after the first call to obtain information I knew Serenity was the right choice. Adrian and another gentleman arrived to pick her up, as she had passed at home, Adrian offered to pray with my sister, my son and me. I liked that he asked as not everyone would have wanted to pray. My son is neurodivergent, I called him in to have a moment with his Gamma. Adrian and the gentleman walked out and allowed him to have a private moment. They didnt rush him at all. We did direct cremation with only Military Honors service as my mom didnt want anything else. Adrian and his staff were very kind and helpful every step of the way. He was quick to answer/return any calls and answer any questions that I may have had. I feel like they went above and beyond for my mom. I am forever grateful, as this was the hardest thing I ever had to deal with in my life. I thank Commu
