they almost never answer their phone or call you back. You have to use on call when your loved one dies (during business hours). I've left 3 messages and still no one has called me.
Excellent experience during such a painful time. Judy kept me updated every step of the process. Everytime I called I was greated with compassion. They answered all my questions. The price was extremely reasonable as well. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend.
aCremation was wonderful throughout the whole process of cremating my loved one. I was extremely impressed they didnt once try to upsell me any services or even an urn. They were very timely with updates throughout the process. Everything was done and I had my loved ones cremains and death certificates in under 14 days. If you just need a simple cremation I cant imagine anyone else could do a better job, I highly recommend them!
