Long overdue review here. I can only say that Josh and team were amazing. We had to decide what to do last minute for Mom, and everything was taken care of no problems. On Christmas Eve.. Very smooth and seamless. And in the process, compassion and empathy were front and center. I can't thank Allay and Josh enough for making this challenging time a bit easer to navigate and see through.

Allay help us with my mother's remains back in October 2025. I found them because of the Google Reviews and I have to say the reviews don't lie or exaggerate. Josh, Lawrence and the team were absolutely amazing through the entire process. They handled everything and guided us through the process with compassion and heartfelt care. Can't recommend enough.

I wanted to give a full and honest review of this funeral home. I arrived early to drop off my loved ones floral sympathy cross and standing spray because I wanted his service to have the best possible floral setup. When I arrived, I was greeted by Donny and his staff, who were incredibly kind and helpful in unloading the arrangements. It was an emotionally difficult moment for me, knowing my loved one was there and that I would be attending the service later that day. Donny showed genuine compassion, recognizing my sadness and frustration. He offered kind words and assisted me with the floral arrangements, something I had very little experience with. His patience and empathy truly meant a lot during such a painful time. When I returned for the service, the common areas were very clean, the d�cor was tasteful and classy, and the staff was attentive and helpful to all guests. My father passed away at a hospital. I can't even explain the pain I felt. But I needed a funeral home. That's not something u think about at the time. I called celestial. Donny answered late at night. And gave me so much relief .

I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the support and care that Andrew, Gabriel, Angelica provided during the recent loss of our mother, Celia Chavez. My mother looked ABSOLUTELY beautiful. We received SO many compliments of how beautiful she looked, and the place was nice. Thank you again for the dedication and for helping us honor the memory of our beloved mother. We truly appreciate everything you did for us and for her.

I have had more experience with Rosewood Funeral Home in Humble than I care to think about. The best experience I have had thus far is working with Nancy Rodriguez, Family Service Counselor. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, very responsive and makes the process of difficult decisions much easier. I am so thankful for all of her help and hard work in designing and ordering a headstone. She is an Angel!

Our Wonderful Experience with Rosewood Funeral Home My father passed away unexpectedly last month. Michelle at the Humble location was kind & considerate, helping us plan the event even before we had officially decided to use Rosewood to prepare him & stage a visitation. We ended up having his visitation at the Pasadena Rosewood due to the location of our expected guests. Mary-Ann, Linda, & Linda were gracious & compassionate. They honored several unusual requests to assure that his viewing / visitation was accessible to everyone. They were very helpful in executing our specific wishes for the bulletin & service, going above & beyond to make his visitation a lovely experience. The staff at Rosewood Funeral Homes helped make Dads final Visitation & Viewing an unforgettable tribute to him.

Explaining and offering services was generally good. I was told leave a photo, but had to call to have it posted.

Jan 11 & 12 we laid my father to rest and wanted to share what an awesome job Grand View did. Employees were very attentive throughout the day and made sure all areas were kept cleaned. I really loved how they displayed some of my father belongings. Grand View made the services very smooth and stress free. Thanks for a wonderful job

Great place and people to work with during a difficult time.

This place really cares of about the importance of a loss of a pet. They understand pets are like family. When I came in, I was such a mess. They kept reassuring me that it was okay and were talking me through everything. They let me take my time and no pressure for anything. Thank you so much for taking care of my Nessa. 10/10 recommend

On July 9, 2025 our Nuk crossed over the rainbow. I was lost on where to send him to get cremated and my cousin and a good friend both suggested The Bridge Pet Memorial. I gave them a call and from the moment the representative (Erica) answered she was so helpful. Very sweet and caring. The gentlemen that went to pick up Nuk to transport him to their location were also very kind. Overall everyone I spoke with at anytime was very sweet. I highly will recommend The Bridge for their services. They are very affordable as well. May God bless them all.
