From the moment I met Sofia, I knew she would be the person to help me plan my funeral. She didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want; she listened to me and explained everything step by step. I thought this would be a difficult process, but it wasn't. Today, I'm glad I did it. Sofia Bravo's kindness made me feel at ease.

Nana was the one that helped me. She was very patient and informative. If she was unable to respond to one of my questions she got the appropriate staff to come give me the details.

I needed help locating my purchased lots. I had an idea but nothing concrete as maintenance had to flag them. I waited and waited for someone to respond and show me lots. No one bothered to help me. I finally spoke to NORA, manager. She told me she would have an answer by the end of the day. Honestly, I didn't believe her. I had waited 3 weeks by this point. Sure enough she called me less than 2 hours later, tells me she had them flagged and exactly where I could locate them. I drove by less than an hour later and sure enough those flags were up!!!! Nora gets things done when she says she will. A person of her word. I will speak to no one else after this. She has proven that she cares about her job, her clients and the integrity of this business. THANK YOU NORA!!
