HE HONESTLY did more than we deserved when my brother passed and we where in a bind but he understood and did what no other place would. This funeral home was one of my father's final wishes to host his funeral and I have to say, he made an excellent choice. We were treated with such compassion and care in this difficult time that we left with warm hearts and comfort knowing our Dad was honored in such a wonderful place with kind people. I would definitely recommend Bobby and the rest of the employees at Pipkin and Heavenly Gates. They surpassed our expectations and we're more than understanding and intuitive to our needs. They made a very hard day less stressful and we greatly appreciate all that they did for our family.

This funeral home was selected for my grandmothers services. I have to say they are beyond professional. They dont take advantage of the people with the time in need. They make u feel welcome are always attentive, they make sure everything is clean befor and after, we also got to have a small gathering outside. Everything was asome and we enjoyed how everything came out from day one till the cemetery. Favorite part would be the dove release at the cemetery. Thanks again for ur services.

He passed away and they were by side our from that day until the end another thing that makes them stand out is I love how they do the dove ceremony. and Release a dove in your loved ones on h honor

Dealing with the death of a loved one is a very difficult time. Kenzie and Nalley Pickle made a difficult time easier. They heard everything we needed/wanted and took care of every detail.

Nalley Pickle handled my fathers death about 11 years ago. We were very satisfied with the visitation, funeral and burial. When Mom passed it was an easy choice to use them again. And again we were very pleased with everything.

My little sister Sarah Tucker was taken from us so unexpectedly. We were having to make arrangements with heavy hearts and not really knowing the details of what that looked like. We are grateful to Emily & Anita for their sympathy & professionalism in organizing our memorial service. They were patient and did everything they could to be sure we were all taken care of. We will miss you Annette but we are grateful to have come together with friends and family to let you know you are loved and will be greatly missed. Until we see you again RIP�

Oscar & his wife were very friendly plus attentive. Anytime my family had any questions or concerns they answered in a timely fashion. Unfortunately my mom passed on a Friday & we had her memorial that following Monday, wasn't sure we'll retrieve her ashes (due to the rush of her memorial) but Oscar went over & beyond to make this happen. It made my family more at ease during this difficult time.

Jennifer Boyd took amazing care of are daughter. From the min we started to the end of service today. Over the top . No one knows what they will do until it's their turn . We buried are daughter today . Very thankful for all the love and support from this lady and her team . I have to say the service for my wife was great. They were very respectful in the facility. However I have asked multiple times for help at the graveside with headstone engraving. I cant get anyone to respond. Ive been in the office several times. And still not one person has reached back out to me. So as far as the funeral service arrangement side they are great. Not so much on the cemetery portion. All I want is to get my wifes headstone completed.
