They did a great job of communicating with us after our dog passed. We got his ashes and a footprint, and they made the process very easy, and it was delivered via certified mail in nice packaging. We will use them again next time.
I cant say enough good things. They treat pets like family patient, gentle, and genuinely caring. If you want someone who creates peace of mind. Andrew answered my phone call late at night while I was extremely upset, him and the staff cared for my pet until my baby was brought home. Fond memories Highly recommend.
In a time of profound sadness, the team at Fond Memories provided comfort, dignity, and exceptional service during the cremation of my beloved dog, Max. I am incredibly grateful for the respectful and diligent cremation process, which allowed me to create an elegant and lasting memory of him. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was very nice and genuinely caring, providing much-needed compassion. They handled me with empathy and professionalism, setting a comforting tone for the entire experience. The care extended to the viewing itself was remarkable. The team offered a viewing of Max, who was presented in a means displaying comfort and peace. This gesture was deeply appreciated and provided me with a final, beautiful goodbye, which is a testament to the staff's dedication. The presentation of his returned ashes was equally thoughtful. The urn is lovely and the overall presentation was a very nice touch. I especially appreciated the plaster-style paw print, which is such a

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!! Kind, compassionate and caring. In the midst of my grief, Carole carefully used our photos - both old and new - to create exactly what we needed for our funeral service program. We couldn't have done it without her. THANK YOU!
Fantastic! My husband found this site and I'm so happy that he did. Carole is amazing!! She was patient with me, very responsive, professional and thorough. Using this company I accomplished what I wanted - to have a unique, spectacular program for my loved one. An actual keepsake not a boring/standard program. Thank you again for getting them done and in a very timely manner. I had 1 less thing to coordinate and get done by using your reliable company. I will give referrals. The outstanding magazine style program speaks for itself!
Great service from a talented designer, and speedy too! I can do simple photo editing but knew I wanted better than I could do for my Moms memorial program, so I purchased Caroles Design Services to enhance Moms main photo. I was so delighted that I hired Carole for 2 more photo enhancements for slideshow images that were significantly improved and are now special family photos. She even met the 3-hr turnaround time on a Saturday (!) and was willing to do a couple of additional tweaks until I was delighted with the final images.
