I believe this is my very first review of a Funeral home and even my first Google review. Our mother passed away in Frisco, Texas. Finn Jennifer Clapp and her team and 2 other Directors who answered my random call/walk in when Jennifer was away; the receptionist Victoria, Keri and Brittany (cosmetize) amongst others were great! Your concern/guidance at a time of great loss, stress and anxiety meant a lot to our family. Thank you O

We met with Claudia and she was very nice and helpful in our funeral planning.

I can say enough about the staff at Stonebriar Funeral Home. Jennifer Clapp was our funeral director and in a very short time talking to her she understood my husbands spirit and helped propose ideas on how to best honor him. Jennifer wasn't worried about anything but best honoring my husband. Jennifer also had a great way to show compassion and strength at the same time. When you loose some, especially suddenly, you have no bearings, no control, just horrible pain and confusion. Jennifer naturally stepped in and gently but firmly nudged me through the process so we could deliver what was an amazing customized service for my husband. Custom from the table cloths, pastor performed the service (Father Garcia is AMAZING!), race cars on the tables (my husband is a track car driver), basically each and every aspect of the services was done with Rick in mind. Nothing was standard or templated and not only did Jennifer and the entire amazing staff of Zee, Sofia and Claudia, deliver all servic

It still haunts me to this day. My mother was a devoted woman with strong Catholic beliefs, and even something as meaningful as her rosary was missing from her hand prior to her viewing. During the service, my husband was supposed to be a pallbearer, but another family memberwho was not designatedstepped into his spot. As a result, my husband, her own son-in-law, never got the chance to carry her. Only the selected pallbearers should have been called when it was time to place her in the hearse. Moments like this showed a clear lack of organization. This was our final moment with her, and it should have been handled with far more care. To make matters worse, I had dropped off jewelry for my mother ashes to be placed in after she was cremated, only to learn she had already been cremated one to two hours before I arrived. I was then told she was in the cooling process. I had originally been told that because she was on the smaller side, she would be one of the last to be cremated at

PPPPP I cannot say enough about the exceptional care and professionalism I experienced with this funeral home. During one of the most difficult seasons of life, they stepped in and handled every detail with compassion, grace, and absolute excellence. As a grieving widow needing to coordinate services both in Frisco, TX and Maryland, I was overwhelmed. From the very first conversation, their team provided calm guidance, clear communication, and unwavering support. They seamlessly managed the logistics across two states, ensuring everything was handled flawlessly so I could focus on honoring my husband. If you are looking for a funeral home that combines efficiency, organization, and heartfelt compassion, this is the one. I am deeply grateful for their kindness and highly recommend them without hesitation.

Brittany, Jayla and the entire Mansfield staff made the challenging time very painless. They are truely a class act and did whatever was possible to make the planning and execution of the memorial service seamless. From the moment we met them, we knew we were in good hands. They really do strive to take the work and weigh off of your shoulders so that you can spend time with family. They guided us through everything. I would 100%+ recommend them.
