No words can describe how great this funeral home is. Actually, "5" stars just isn't enough to rate them. They deserve "100" stars. Dave went above and beyond to help our family, during this very difficult time. He went out of his way continuously when we had questions or concerns and kept us focused and calm, no matter what time of day. He took care of everything and was extremely reasonably priced. Every member of the staff was thoughtful, kind, respectful, and accommodating. Chris, Amy, and Liane made themselves available at all hours to help plan the funeral. When I gave Liane a few dozen photos of my father throughout his life to produce a DVD of photos and music, she spent an hour helping us find the appropriate music and then scanned the photos and coordinated with the DVD producer to ensure that the DVD could be made on time for the wake. Amy also arranged to have someone be at the funeral home to receive flowers that were delivered on the day before the funeral. There was a snowstorm the night before and the morning of the funeral, yet all of the staff was there when we arrived at 8:00 AM, and everything was in order. Chris made sure that everything went smoothly  he took charge of coordinating logistics with the church for the funeral Mass, with cemetery for the burial, and with the restaurant for the funeral luncheon so that we could focus on reminiscing with relat

Clean. Has a parking lot. Looks homey here but in a nice way. Good size. A comfortable spot for grieving with multiple rooms.

If I could only give 100 plus stars to Menard-Lacouture Funeral Home I would not hesitate. In our families sorrow and loss of a dear family member, Craig went above and beyond. When it came to every facet of this overwhelming process, from the obituary, prayer cards, services and to saying our final farewells he made this experience seamless. He quietly helped to fix any errors we made, even when it was very late in the evening. He meticulously took the time to understand who our family member was and added so many heartfelt mementos at the service while also eloquently reciting catholic prayers. Craig also beautifully and masterfully transformed a picture of our beloved family member that we will forever treasure. In our time of need, we are beyond grateful to have had Craig and Menard-Lacouture Funeral Home's expertise, professionalism and most importantly, kindness and compassion during this difficult time. Ron and Renee are very very good caring people to work with, when your loved one passes. They are so very caring and thoughtful. Renee sat with us downstairs and brought us through the obituary , the Holy cards, the dress my mother would wear , the church, the musician and choir, pawl bearers , and etcetera. My mother had pre-paid for her services over 20 years ago, you see she was 101 1/2 years old.

Very professional. We had a loss in the family (my grandmother) and they treated my family very kindly with the upmost respect. The way in which everything was handled was professionalism at is best. Recently had my Mom buried and the experience with funeral home was exceptional. I highly recommend it. The place is clean, staff is professional and caring. Chris the owner's son was extremely helpful and available whenever I needed him.

I have never had any issues with this funeral home at all very respectful and very caring about my needs and the families needs
