Every member of the staff was thoughtful, kind, respectful, and accommodating. Chris, Amy, and Liane made themselves available at all hours to help plan the funeral. When I gave Liane a few dozen photos of my father throughout his life to produce a DVD of photos and music, she spent an hour helping us find the appropriate music and then scanned the photos and coordinated with the DVD producer to ensure that the DVD could be made on time for the wake. Amy also arranged to have someone be at the funeral home to receive flowers that were delivered on the day before the funeral. There was a snowstorm the night before and the morning of the funeral, yet all of the staff was there when we arrived at 8:00 AM, and everything was in order. Chris made sure that everything went smoothly he took charge of coordinating logistics with the church for the funeral Mass, with cemetery for the burial, and with the restaurant for the funeral luncheon so that we could focus on reminiscing with relat
