My experience with O'Neill-Hayes Funeral Home was amazing.

This was a very hard review to write in the sense its promoting a funeral home but this is where most of us will be before are final resting place. My contact was mostly with Emily who was very attentive and accommodating. Losing a love one is very difficult but Emily and many of the other assistant arrangers made it a lot easier. Often times are loved ones before they leave us ask for the impossible or unusual I can say with certainty they are very professional and most importantly nonjudgmental.
This funeral home was amazing honestly. They took really good care of my father and provided amazing services for me and for him as well. They walked me through what to do and how to do it. The ladies I spoke to were super helpful and very kind. It was so difficult for me to process everything and my family and I couldnt agree with a lot of things in terms of the process but this funeral home was patient with us and understanding through all of that and Im eternally grateful to all of them especially the ladies I spoke to honestly. Thank you guys again for your amazing services!!
They did a wonderful job with my dad. From the night he passed, which was Christmas Eve, when the two gentlemen came to pick him up, they were so kind, discreet and caring. Courtney has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She is understanding, compassionate and so very kind. We are forever grateful for your time, service and comfort during this most difficult time in our lives.
