Director Elizabeth Turnbull and the staff at Simple Traditions by Bradshaw shared an abundance of information that helped me during a traumatic time of my life. They guided me and answered my questions and concerns I had about the whole funeral undertaking.

Brandie and Vera were absolute angels. They helped me with my mom and then a couple weeks later, my mother in law. They really made this difficult time go a little smoother. I really appreciated them both and I would highly recommend.

They took very good care of my mother and walked us thru the entire process.they took care of everything so we could concentrate on what mattered.this is the third generation they have handled in my family and probably not the last.

Jonathan, our funeral director, was an absolute blessing. While one hopes not to need these services often, if you do, Jonathan and the wonderful staff are the group you want in your corner. Navigating family dynamics and strong emotions under such circumstances can be challenging, but Jonathan, Sarah, and the team were consistently understanding and reassuring. Jonathan was compassionate, patient, clear, and concise throughout the entire process. On the day of the service, every single staff member was ready, willing, and happy to assist with whatever was needed. Having unfortunately experienced multiple funerals recently, I can attest that the proactive readiness of this staff is exceptional. They made a difficult time much easier, and my family and I are incredibly appreciative of their support.

Twin Cities Cremation handled services for both my mother in 2022 and my father in 2025 with sensitivity, responsiveness, and respect. With any luck I won't have to coordinate any more cremations, but I would absolutely go back to TCC again if the need arises.

I had an excellent experience with them. They were patient as it was difficult coming up with funds in the beggining. Very kind and supportive people understanding losing a loved one which helped with grieving. Knowing that your loved one is being cared for even after they are gone was so comforting.

The Anderson team exceeded our expectations and helped us every step of the way. They made sure we knew what to expect, managed all of the details and treated our family with kindness. We were able to focus on our grief and saying goodbye. Great grandma looked incredible during her visitation.

From the first contact to the last, they were professional, courteous, and caring. All of our questions were answered quickly. The facility is beautiful and many commented that it felt so warm and comforting. I have two suggestions for improvement: provide a list of items/supplies that are included (tablecloths, napkins, etc) and let the family know how to find the staff if anything comes up (I was going around knocking on doors when one of the toilets needed attention). Other than that, the attention to detail was amazing!

From the start the staff was considerate, kind, and helpful. They ensured that all our needs were covered and were there every step of the way to get us through the rough time. Special call out to Rianna & Nichole for making sure all of my family were kept informed and up to date on each part of the process. We truly appreciate your care for us.

Mueller Memorial was absolutely the right choice to have my husband's service and celebration at. Nicole was phenomenal, so considerate, and so helpful in helping us coordinate everything. There were no limitations, and there was no pressure from the team. My husband wanted a party, a celebration, not your traditional sorrow filled funeral, and Mueller absolutely accommodated that with a massive picture and video show, a bar, appetizers, etc. The day was a truly heartwarming event vs the heartbreak we've been dealing with, and that was thanks to the team at Mueller. I cannot thank you guys enough.

They were great at helping me thru the process of planning my brothers funeral. It was a small funeral, I loved the box with the cross on it. Simple but nice. The follow up of care was also helpful. The person I talked to was very nice and compassionate. Thank you

They made planning my brothers service very easy they helped me every step of the way and were very helpful,Caitlin and other staff showed empathy as well have checked on me throughout my grieving process and even sent me helpful tools to navigate throughout my grieving process, i would highly recommend their services to anyone who have lost a loved one.

I would absolutely recommend Bradshaw funeral and cremation services to anyone and everyone. They left me feeling like we definitely made the right choice they thought of every detail and managed us with love and grace.

My mother's service and viewing of her urn and meeting with people was as good experience as you can have at a funeral. However the precursor up to the funeral was not a good experience but you can't hold that against the rest I'm the staff. Caitlin was such a big help to us in our time of sorrow. I would suggest having your service and funeral or cremation here.

Considering the price of the process, which was more affordable than most, the staff were friendly, patient, and very accommodating. They were respectful and knowledgeable. They did a great job. It was a little hard to find but upon entering, it was clean and it didn't smell like death, unlike other centers I've been to before. Id recommend this place to anyone for all those reasons if this is the route they want to take in death. Despite the circumstances of the situation that brought us there, the deliverance of the entire process couldn't have been better. The two staff that were working were very customer service oriented. I failed to get their names. We were there for Rita Roberts and the two ppl working were an orangish/ blondlish woman and a tall blond man. Very nice ppl. Great job guys! Thank you for making the process that much easier to deal with. You handled us well. Youre the key players that earned this place a five star review and I hope you get recognition for your
