From the moment I walked in, I was put at ease & began putting together a plan. I was kept up to date as to what I needed to do & when with plenty of options tailored to my preferences. The set-up for the funeral was beautiful & helped me up to the moment it was done. They made a very difficult situation much easier to navigate.

Woodland Hills is such an amazing experience, we had Mike, and I can not explain in enough words how Amazing he was at handling my mothers funeral. Mike treated us with respect and made sure all of our questions were answered, plus they were answered in such an empathetic and caring way too! I had four high ball glasses made using my husbands ashes for his closest buddy. The glasses and wooden boxes they came in were beautiful. WOW! I had a memorial glass made in honor of our dear departed friend Jessica and I was blown away (ha, I guess pun intended??) by the results. The care and love Last Call took each step of the way, from collection of her ashes, to design, to final product delivery, was beyond my expectations. I can absolutely not thank Chad and his complete team for making my memorial 4 set of glasses in memory of my dad. I ordered 2 sets of 4 and the communication between Chad, my bother and I was amazing. From changing writing on the box to what was on the order, the process of shipping ashes internationally as I'm in Australia, to the proofs of the writing, any delays, and updates on shipping and receiving the boxes.

Wendy was absolutely wonderful to work with. She responded quickly and was so accommodating. I am thankful for her taking good care of my kitty Grover and making a very difficult day a little easier. Thank you so much Wendy.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was when my I lost my PJ. Wendy was so kind and helpful and patient every step of the way.
