A couple years ago my brother-in-law passed away, and they work with me. Got everything done real fast I recommend them, and then I had another situation where my fiancοΏ½ passed away and they were there to pick up his body within two hours. They were reasonable, good service and quick, thank you. My name is Brigette.
My Unvle passed away unexpectedly 6 years ago. I called, and they answered everything I needed to know. Everything went smoothly. Much cheaper than other Funeral Homes. We were treated with dignity and compassion. Thank you.
I will say they are first class all the way. Call any funeral home, and you're paying double the price. Now I know price shopping for a dead loved one at the worst moment isn't really idea. They provide exactly the same service of direct cremation as any funeral home. They do it with compassion and professionalism. You will have to pay extra for the death certificates but that's to be expected.

My brother has been missing for over 5 years. Last Friday, I recieved a call from our hometown parish that our family attended in the 1970s-80s, informing me they found our brother. We have not lived there since 1984. The Lucas County Coroner put an ad in the Toledo Blade looking for family. The funeral home who buried our parents found the ad and we never asked to do this because we did not know where he was at. Today, my son and I went to Toledo Resurrection Cemetery and picked up his ashes. I learned Serenity took care of this on their own. We will now have peace knowing he is with us and will be buried on top of our parents grave in Tiffin, OH. I cannot thank you enough for what you did. Our family thanks you.
Rich was beyond respectful during this difficult time. He came to my house to deal with the paperwork and happily came back that same day to pick my my Dads favorite Michigan hat, something he absolutely needed to have with him for cremation. I was on a tight timeline with being in Michigan before I had to travel home to Nevada. He made sure I had my Dads remains, with a permit, and his memorial flag for his military service before I left, I think it was a 4 days. He called me late on Sunday night on New Years Day to tell me my dad was in their possession once he was transferred to their care. He even found a local attorney to help me. I cant say enough good things about this company, they are absolutely amazing!
First viewing of a cremation, they made you feel welcomed..Compassionate, respectful and serenity..Thank you Dave and your staff
