We are sincerely grateful to John 3 and his staff for the exceptional professionalism, care, and compassion shown to our family during our mothers funeral. Johns calm guidance and attention to detail provided great reassurance during a difficult time, and all arrangements were handled seamlessly. We especially appreciated the thoughtful management of logistics, which allowed our family to focus on honoring our mother. Despite extremely frigid weather conditions, everything proceeded smoothly. The casket was beautiful, and the care taken in preparing and presenting our mother was handled with dignity and respect. John 3 and his staff demonstrated sensitivity, professionalism, and genuine care throughout the entire process. We fully recommend their services to others seeking compassionate and professional funeral care. -The Marusca Family
Thank you to all the staff but especially to our funeral director Brian for being helpful and compassionate during this process of saying goodbye to our Mom. All of our questions, concerns and requests were addressed in a timely, professional but with a personal touch matter.
We used John N. Santeiu & Son funeral home for my sisters funeral. They were very wonderful people. Everyone that worked there was very caring and supportive. I would recommend them to anyone that has to bury a loved one.

Your funeral home staff was very attentive and compassionate to our family in our time of grief. We were very fortunate that my Mom chose Harris Funeral Home prior to her passing.
Did a great job handling my mothers arrangements.
We had my father's funeral services recently here & most of his past family members have gone thru there as well. They have always been very kind & professional people which is why his family has gone thru them for years now. They take their time going thru the services so you understand them & can choose whatever type service u need/want. Their staff is all very caring individuals that will help you out during the setup of the veiwing & try to get whatever it is u need. They also follow up after the services just to check on you & your family to see how your doing & if they can help with anything. That to me shows that it's not just about business but taking it one step further to take care of their customers in anyway they can. I would recommend them to anyone looking for funeral services as again they are really a good place with good people.

Prior to my sisters passing , the help with arrangements and organizing paperwork was a tremendous help. Then the staff were again so warm and helpful. Thank you.
Matt, Elizabeth, and everyone at Cremation Society of Michigan, were an absolute God send for my family after the death of our brother. Matt handled everything from collecting him from the morgue, getting the death certificates, notifying the proper officials of his death, and everyone there was exceptionally kind during the entire process. Even following up a couple of weeks later to see how we were doing. These are the people you want on your side when the unexpectedly awful happens.
The cremation society of Michigan has went above and beyond in taking care of my loved ones. I entrusted them with my father, my wife and my mother-in-law all with seamless service. They made the experience as good as it possibly could be given the situation. I will continue to use them in the future. Hopefully not anytime soon though. Thank you guys for going above and beyond, in my time of sorrow.
