We switched my father from another funeral home to creamtion source after the way they were handling everything. Ben was untop of everything from the second we met him. I called several times and he spent a long time on the phone with me just trying to give advice and be a human. They really helped us through everything and even thoe they are a business, they put kindness, compass, and human decency before money and making the most they can put of you.

Sara, James, Bette, Phillip and Sarah their resident, went WAY above and beyond in making sure that my baby sister's funeral was beautiful and dignifying. Sara, our FD, was extremely patient and understanding, and rolled with the many changes we had liked the seasoned professional that she is. Sara was compassionate and thoughtful enough to even present my parents with a beautifully woven tapestry of my sister as a way of sharing in our grief and mourning. The thing is this... You can go to just about any funeral home and generally get what you pay for... The extreme difference that comes with working with Sara Walsh and her staff, is that, this is the only funeral home where, as a family, we actually felt loved! Hugs instead of handshakes and a kiss on the cheek goodbye is something you just can't put any dollar amount on; and you certainly won't rece
