Unfortunately, I've visited this funeral home several different times. The staff is always kind and professional. The facility is clean. My only suggestion is to consider implementing some upgrades. That red carpet has been installed forever. Some of the pew cushions aren't soft or supportive anymore. The last pew I sat on had a bounce to it like I wasn't sturdy.

Just had my beloved sisters funeral with Dodds Dumanois yesterday. Melissa and Wayne did such an amazing job! I've went through many funerals with Melissa and I have to say she's by far the very best around! I love you all so very much

She was so gracious and caring as an angel to watch over my family in our grieving hour of need. She exceeded every measure of honest counsel to help my family say goodbye and was always immediately available all weekend no exceptions to help me make the proper arrangements. Swartz was wonderful with handling our daughter with dignity and respect, Cody did a very professional job on making our daughter look so beautiful and looking like our daughter looked while she was alive. Cody was always by our side or a ear shot away and met every need plus more. Swartz is the best caring funeral home our family has ever dealt with, This was our 6th time using them and have been treated the same everytime. Purchased a memorial stone for a cousin who had an infant pass away. The service and material was high quality and reasonably priced. Further the business owner was sensitive to the delicate nature of this type of grief. I wholeheartedly recommend him.
